The winner of Street Week 2023
Street Week 2024 is starting to loom on the horizon. But before that, we must take a look back at this year's edition, and who stood with the trophy in hand after an eventful week.
Traditionally, Street Week takes place during week 28. This year's edition of Street Week concluded at Mantorp Park in conjunction with the Crazy Muscle meet where we saw the vehicles roll across the finish line. The winner of the 2023 edition of the event was none other thanMichael Westbergin the Max Outlaw class with his green/black Camaro.
During the week, we witnessed some significant runs where the winner broke several records. Track record at Vårgårda with 4.50, Street Week record and personal best at 4.09. Not only that, but the car was also completely untested.
Without going into details, we can conclude that the winner had a tough week. With a trailer that was acting up, constant tinkering, and almost no sleep, Westberg, together with co-driverNick Eklundmanaged to cross the finish line.
When the green Camaro rolled across the finish line, Michael could call himself a champion, having secured his third Street Week trophy. An incredible achievement!
