We ship ordered goods within 2 business days, be sure to notify us promptly if you have not received your goods within 10 business days
then we can investigate what went wrong and take action, eg block missing passports and send new ones.

Deliveries of pre-purchase passports and keychains are free within Sweden and are sent by letter with Post Nord
Deliveries of heavier items within Sweden eg T-Shirt, Hoodie etc. starts at 129kr.
Deliveries outside Sweden within Europe cost about SEK 129 for pre-purchase passes, key rings etc.
Heavier items cost from SEK 129 upwards depending on weight.
